"The contractor, I believe his name was Andrew, gave me an estimate and after receiving other estimates, even though I had a lower one, I went with him. I liked his description of the problem (cracked grout on shower tile floor)...suggested total replacement and also the fact that he was European trained. He took out the old tiles, and the cement sub-floor down to the rubber base, and in 3 separate consecutive mornings did the project..the last day putting a grout sealer.
