From the initial consultations, where we received excellent and knowledgeable advice, through the planning, scheduling, and execution of the job, everything went completely smoothly and on time and on budget. The quality of the work, along with attention to detail, respect for our home, and cleanup were outstanding in every way. The installers, Donnie and Travis, worked hard and meticulously, coming early and staying late, solved some challenging issues, and did a a perfect job. Bob "Ski" who planned the project, did an incredible job of giving excellent advice, guiding us in our choices, managing the work, and always being available for whatever was needed. The whole company, including the people in the office, are first-rate. We love our new floor, and could not be happier with everyone at Riverview. Bud Young was timely and knowledgeable in providing a price for our project and his recommendations were helpful. The installers Randy and Dave arrived exactly on the date I preferred. They were very skilled at the installation and kept the work area clean and neat. They moved all my furniture (including the piano) as needed and put felt pads on the bottom of each piece of furniture before replacing it on the new oak floor.
