"I had a 15 foot section of sidewalk the city mandated required replacement. Toro DEMOd and replaced the sidewalk in one day. The work was clean and defect free. Further complicating it was the sidewalk had a 4 foot wide section to a 5 foot wide section. They measured and lined out the frames to cleanly taper it in to the point where it is not noticed at all. He worked with us in collaborative stages, staying patient & persevering while designing, constructing, & installing for 3 separate spaces in our home. One was a challenging, triangular opening along a staircase for which he created a combination of shelving, storage, & privacy for the  adjacent bedroom. The second is a floor to ceiling wall of open shelves, giving delineation between the Master Bedroom & the Art Studio while preserving sunlight & Mt. Hood views. The 3rd is a complex, whole wall unit for the Home Office consisting of open & closed storage above & below a wall-length table/desk-top. The solutions were in response to my husband's specific ways of filing & organizing with room for decorative display. All 3 projects are sleek & smart, harmonized with the modern lines of our home. Terry graciously worked with us after the initial plans faced a budget cut. He modified to lower costs without sacrificing the beauty or practicality of any of the 3 projects."

"I called to cancel it because, there was a lot of miscommunication. There was not enough understanding of what I needed and what they were doing. Then they tried to help me out, it turned out OK in the end and it got resolved. It took me a while to call them because, I had surgery. They were responsive and good. What I had done took longer, so I had to pay another $400. I would have done more research, or gotten more bids on it. They were pleasant, and responsible. For me, it would have been better if they had sent someone at first, before they did the job. I would have shown them what needed to be done, and they would have understood me better. They were punctual."
