Offered a double-sided shutoff, which I'd never seen before, and installed it so I can turn on hot water in the kitchen sink while leaving the dishwasher feed shut off until it is installed next week. Game changer! Gave me various quotes I requested of repiping the house (we need a lot of work done) and updating our showers. Made recommendations for improvements, and showed me an open pipe he found in the basement that I never knew about! Very informative AND the work was done quickly! "On time arrival, that's huge. They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."

"Contacted Henco for service of a Noritz On Demand water heater, and a next day appointment was available. Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future."
