"It went very smoothly. Debbie originally suggested that we might want to repair, rather than replace, our old shade -- a classy thing for her to do. We thought about it a bit but decided to go with replacement, but we really appreciated her customer service-oriented approach. She was prompt returning calls, showed up on time to our appointment, and was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We did have to wait several weeks for the shade to be constructed, but it's lovely and the installation went very quickly and easily once it was ready."

"Mike and team are amazing to work with. I have used them for exterior paint twice, both great experiences. Having worked with numerous contractors over the years, a company that does impeccable work with great service is an outlier. Absolute is definitely that and would recommend them without hesitation."

"Overall, things went well but there were a couple of glitches in the beginning. We were told and were expecting the job to take 1 or 2 days to complete. The initial meeting with the sales rep went well and we agreed on the pricing. A week or so later another representative came out to take measurements so windows could be ordered. Once windows were ordered, we were given an installation date. The crew showed up on the appointed date and removed the first window but I could tell from the conversation between the installers that something was amiss. Next thing I knew one of the installers was going around the house to re-measure all the windows. No explanation was given to us so I asked if there was a problem. The installer then informed us that the measurements of five of the 12 windows were off and that they would need to be re-ordered. The remaining 7 windows were installed that day. Obviously, we were disappointed but understood that mistakes happen. There was one other issue on that day: as the windows were installed, I followed behind to make sure that I could open/shut all of the latches. One of the latches would not budge so I pointed this out to the installer and he went to take another look at it. I left the room and assumed that it had been resolved but discovered after the crew left that it still did not work. It would have been nice if he had addressed that with us. At any rate, the windows were re-ordered and the remaining five windows were installed 2 weeks later, at which time I asked the installer (a different person) to look at the latch and he quickly diagnosed the problem, removed the sash and corrected the problem. I guess the most inconvenient thing about waiting an additional two weeks for the installation to be completed was that we had removed all of the cellular blinds (with all the brackets) and it would have been a lot of extra work to re-hang them so we just used sheets/blankets to cover the 5 windows for the next 2 weeks. The original sales rep, Tim, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and all of the installers were efficient and professional."

"What M Brothers recommended for my project vs. my other estimates was actually the best solution in the end. I feel they had my house and concerns at the forefront and the results show it. It looks just like any other new house now! Watching during construction (with prior experience) and seeing completed results, I’m confident I’ll get many leak-free years. Pete & Jesse"

"Doug came out to look at my existing vertical blinds, which I thought needed to be replaced. Instead he "fixed" two of them and sent a guy out to repair the large heavy one (which had pulled out from a fastener and fallen down) and reinstall it. Total cost $90. He'll be my go-to guy now."

"We hired Lex Construction for siding replacement and exterior paint, which included replacing two windows, some general construction to repair bulges in the studs and some roofing/fascia board repair. Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"

"Very satisfied with the work done. The installation and trim work inside and out were first rate and looked a lot better than I expected. The worksite was kept neat and orderly and clean-up was excellent. Communication with the front office usually through emails was responsive and friendly. Glenn estimated the job and measured and explained what the installation would take, costs, time, etc., all very low key and friendly. The installers did note a small defect in one of the patio door windows, and told us they would contact Milgard Windows for a replacement pane, which they did with no problem. JHI sent along all the energy rebate paperwork promptly for us to mail in. I would recommend JHI to others: Easy to work with, friendly and quality work. They only use Milgard, so have to like that product. Cost: $7,868"
