"My 12-year-old water heater was on its way out, and it was finally time to replace it. Iâ ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity. I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. This company knows water heaters, and I appreciate his honesty that he could install a tankless heater, but financially, the layout of my house would not be in my best interest. Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. Tanner was highly professional, cleaned up after the job, and went through everything he did installing my new tank. "Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."

"Nick C. helped this Disabled Veteran out with a severely clogged main septic drain, going above and beyond because he also cleared out slow flowing faucets, the shower and kitchen sink as well as cleared out toilet tank water line which was also clogged. He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."
