"Nunez construction was extremely professional and reliable. I've hired them for painting and other cosmetic repairs on several occasions and was always pleased with the results. They work faster than many other GCs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home refresh"

"We hired them to paint our townhouse in Greenpoint, repair the cornice, and install and paint a new stoop—and the work was exceptional from start to finish. They were meticulous about every detail, especially the cornice repair, which blended beautifully with the existing façade. The paintwork was crisp, even, and professionally finished throughout, and the new stoop looks fantastic—solid, cleanly installed, and perfectly painted. Just as impressive was how carefully they treated the property. They kept the work area organized each day and did an outstanding cleanup when everything was finished. It’s rare to find a contractor with this level of craftsmanship, care, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality exterior work."

"Alex and Nelson did an excellent job fixing my old basement stairs. Alex responded to my request for service the same day, and completed the project the following day."

"I had to do a full bathroom gut and redo my kitchen floors and backsplash while saving my cabinets and appliances. Mario walked me through the proposed work and was very responsive with my co-op paperwork. When Alfredo and his team came, they followed all my building’s rules: allowed work times, access areas, protecting lobby floors and waste removal. Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to go over all my concerns during the work. He washers everyday to oversee the team along with personally doing the work himself. I would rehire and recommend to all my friends and family!"

"Work very clean is professional. Would recommend him to anyone and he is my chosen electrician."

"We were extremely pleased with the remodel job Gotham builders did in our home. The owners Elson and Ardi followed through on everything we agreed to do. They communicated very effectively throughout the 2 1/2 month process. Elson managed the entire project start to finish and is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home improvement. He coordinated with the insurance company seamlessly. A master at his craft. This was a major job including brand new hallway upscale staircase, wood and tile flooring throughout upstairs and downstairs. And sheet rocking entire home including finishing the basement and crawl space. The team of workers were exceptional. They showed up every day with a plan for the day and executed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from Marvin and Uriel - complete gentleman and great carpenters and craftsman. They Worked extremely hard and showed true dedication to making our home come out perfect. Our home came out incredible. Absolutely gorgeous!"
