"Foundations On The Level does excellent work. The job involved raising and stabilizing my house through the installation of 31 helical piers. A prior owner had tried to do the job with an unlicensed contractor and no building permits. That made my job even more difficult, but Foundations On The Level was able to handle it."

"We had a concrete walkway that had sunk and became a trip hazard. Removing and replacing the concrete would have been more costly and inconvenient than the lift Saber did and the work exceeded expectations. I'm thoroughly pleased and highly recommend Saber to others!"

"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"We contacted Dave Parker to bid our concrete patio for our backyard. His bid came back comparable to others we had received, however, knowledge and professionalism is what made the difference. His crew was exceptional! They always arrived as expected, and worked with minimal breaks, and they left the job site clean every day. They were easy to work with, and helped us reconfigure some of the sections of the patio to make it more appealing. Unfortunately, our dirt that needed to be excavated was hard as rock - but they were able to remove everything without any extra cost/time. I would most definitely use Parker Concrete for future work."

"He provided the name of the engineer he would use for the structural considerations and the draftsman for the submission of plans to the City of LA for all permit requirements. As soon as the permits were issued he began work immediately. I was on site for the entire project and was extremely well pleased with the workers used, from framers to drywaller, all were excellent.  He kept me informed of all details and progress of the job.  The city inspections went smoothly.  Adam also offered decorating suggestions and referrals for flooring.  I will certainly use Adam for any future projects. <br />"

"I've interviewed and worked with many contractors before and I must say Joe did the best job on my roof. he is doing quality job and honest about what type of jobs he can give discounts on and what he cannot and never thinks about cutting corners. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. No issues at all. it was effortless he applies for permits deals with the city for me and does everything from A to Z. Of course he is not the cheapest. You wouldn't want the cheapest price anyways. If You want the quality work for a reasonable price, Call Joe."

"In the end everything was fine. The project took three times as long and everything we did we had to redo several times because they kind of messed it up.  They took responsibility for it and was pretty good about it.  It was kind of a mess.  There were some stuff that were majorly horrible but there was some stuff that was really good."

"Hasn't been long since I purchased this house as an investment property, but the outside needed a little work. The driveway was mainly gone. I guess the concrete was not used properly and the rest of the driveway was just a mess. These fellows came and removed the old concrete and poured in a new layer. Now it looks like a real driveway to pull up and park."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Corona Del Mar, CA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
