"Jake and his helpers designed and built a stairway running down a retaining wall and giving access to the canyon below our house. He presented several designs and choices of materials, from which we chose what we wanted. The work took about a week, spread over a two-week period interrupted by a heat wave. Jake also redid parts of the wrought iron fencing along the retaining wall and installed a gate to the stairway. The stairway is so beautiful we almost want to build an entire house around it. Jake is very knowledgeable and is both a gentleman and a scholar. The entire experience was a pleasure! And the price was just a tad less that several other quotes we had, plus a tad more than some others--Jake just seemed like the right guy to do this project, and we're glad we chose him."

"We needed to rent our house after our jobs relocated us for 6 years. We used a local team first to get the house ready for renting. After over $13K, the house was still not ready and the paint job was awful. (They did do a couple of things pretty good - not ALL terrible.) But they couldn't get us to the rental ready condition and they already had been "working" on it for 6 months. By this time we were broke and our property manager suggested we use Armor-Tek. TC was so gracious and listened to all the problems and fixed EVERYTHING both started and untouched. He and his team finished in 2 weeks!! His prices reflect the quality of his work - but we already went "cheap" the first time. I don't have pictures, but hope to post them when we get back out there. Things we really appreciate in TC: He is Christian, he is a US Veteran, his work is top-notch, and his moral compass points in the right direction. Thank you, TC for all your work so we didn't lose our house. (BTW - this is our home, it was never a rental before. It was in good condition when we moved, it needed both bathrooms updated/partial reno, paint throughout (I had custom colors that not everyone likes, lol), wall patching from various installations and heavy pictures, front and back yards updated, new fence on ONE side.
