"These people are incredible. They arrived exactly on time. They went right to work. They charged such a ridiculously small amount that we insisted on paying more! We needed them to fix our sliding glass door, or replace it if it couldn't be fixed. Within 5 minutes of their arrival, they had started working on it! And they were completely finished within 40 minutes. They removed the door, cleaned the runners and discovered that a rubber stopper had somehow gotten lodged in it.
