"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. "On August 18th my wife noticed some water pooling underneath our LG washer. After moving the washer and taking a quick look it was obvious that there was a significant leak. So after doing a quick search on Angi, I decided to call ABC Appliance Repair to set up a service call. The Wednesday morning when I called I thought it would be at least a week before they could get me on the schedule but, to my surprise, the scheduler told me they could schedule a Wednesday 1:30pm-3:30pm service call window. The technician, Adrian, arrived on time and was clean, polite, and professional. Once Adrian removed the top of the washer he instantly found the problem; a couple of leaky valves. He would have to order new valves and said the valves would arrive by Friday August 20th. The morning of August 20th I get a call from ABC to let me know the valves arrived and could they schedule a 1:00pm to 3:00 service call window. Adrian arrived promptly @1:00 pm and took a hour to install the new valves. My experience with ABC Appliance Repair was excellent. The tech arrived within the service call window and was professional. The new valves were ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Friday as promised. I will definitely use ABC for my next appliance repair."

"Leland did a great job.  He warned me ahead of time that I would possibly be without water for 1 night, which did occur.  I was concerned about the dirt and dust from the jack hammer and digging, but he somehow managed to keep everything neat and well-swept.  He has done work for me several times, and is always punctual, and usually his final bill is below his estimate.  He and his crew are always polite and friendly.  The day he was replacing the main pipe into the house it was very cold and windy; when he called me at work with an update his teeth were chattering it was so cold --- I asked him why he didn't go inside the house to warm up and he said it was because he didn't want to get any dirt inside my house.  I would definitely use his services again because he does a thorough job, well beyond the minimum requirements."

"He did a fantastic job. I have 2 units and I wasn't able to purchase 2 through Angie's list so I bought a second one directly from them. He serviced my heating unit. Winterized it, cleaned the vents and did an overall safety start up on both units. He came out the next day. He cleared his schedule and made time for me. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and super service oriented. I would give him an A+. He even found a missing safety switch which my unit worked without it. He went out to the truck and got the part and replaced it. He was amazing and went above and beyond the service. I would use him in a heartbeat."
