"I don't want to start this review with the old cliche, "I wish I would've found Louis Home Services before I hired someone else." However, this is one of those situations, but I won't repeat it lol. As a new investor, closing on my first property in April, I have hired a few contractors. Louis and crew are by far the best! Louis and his crew are so personable and honest. When I say honest, they don't try to upcharge you, like most of the contractors I've used. It's actually the opposite; they actually saved me money by fixing little issues that was left behind from other contractors. Not only is the work impeccable, but I've also learned a few things from Louis and crew that are invaluable and will assist me in moving forward with my real estate investing. I was looking for a "one stop shop" contractor, and I have found my guys. If you're looking for quality work, honest and personable people, look no further than Louis Home Services. Thank you Louis, you're appreciated."

"Did quality work on installing new blinds for entire house"

"Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. ."

"Av General Contracting had outstanding services as I hired them for a primary restroom remodel and was left speechless with their amazing work! I would most definitely hire them again for future projects!"

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"So so I wanted 2 light fixtures installed and there was problems with both, Nick ended up repairing 2 lights instead. I am not allowed by my husband to use unlicensed contractors anymore and was so surprised that Angie's list would recommend unlicensed handymen. How do I in the future be sure I am only hiring licensed contractors?"

"last job was plumbing but they’ve done many other jobs"

"Very good and reliable definitely dependable would highly recommend"

"Two cleaning techs showed up on time, if not a bit early.  I had the checklist filled out, with an idea of the cleaning process to follow as I have cats who use one bathroom as theirs (meant I needed to get the litter boxes out prior to cleaning that bathroom, along with having another bathroom to put them in while cleaning was completed.).
The two young women worked well together as a team, splitting up the cleaning (just as I'd anticipated).  They were efficient and good at the cleaning they did.
Plus, they vacuumed a couple of big area rugs in addition to the floors and mopped all the tile/wood floor in our house.
They walked me through each area as they cleaned it, letting me know what they'd done and if it was to my satisfaction, which it was.

"Service itself was excellent. Some trouble setting up appointment: AAA didn't not contact me to arrange appt as Angie's List said they would when I bought the discount coupon from them. (Don't know if this is Angie's List problem or problem with AAA.) But once the serviceman arrived, the service and attitude were excellent."
