"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

He carefully and thoughtfully considered the best way to make it fit in the limited space, and ultimately came up with a super-efficient solution that required a minimum of new piping. He explained and demonstrated how it worked, and how to turn it on and off. As he turned on the pilot light for the water heater after installation, he explained how to do it if I ever needed to do it myself. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry and further questions. "The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL.
