"Matt was really wonderful. He explained how my water softener system works & what he proposed to do, to correct the problem. Matt is honest, decent, patient & helpful. Now, EcoWater will be checking my salt level monthly & will supply salt when needed, at a very reasonable price. What more could you want from a service provider? Excellent on all counts! Thank you, Angie's List!"

"Escape pools have worked at several of my communities and not only do they service pools and maintain, they also can repair and replace pool heaters. The communication with the vendor is over a ten and they have been the best pool vendor that I've worked with since 2018. I will continue to use Escape on any new communities that arise and if I had a personal pool, I highly recommend them to take care of your pool."

"Having a pool can produce alot of fun and alot of headaches.  Ten Plus Service allowed my family and guests to have alot of fun soon after experiencing a major headache.  My pool heater was not working with guests arriving for the holiday weekend.  I called Ten Plus Service and the girl who answered the phone  tried to help resolve the issue without needing a technician.  After walking me through a number of suggestions to try, it was determined the heater needed a professionall, so she scheduled a service tech to come out within 24 hours.

First, she explained the billing was done in 30 minute increments, which concerned me at first, as I could forsee a very expensive repair, but true to her words, the service was completed in less than 30 minutes (the average service repair for Ten Plus).

While the tech was on-site, he also looked quickly at the other pool equipment to make sure he didn't see any other problems,
which it turned out I was having, as my pool pump was leaking slightly.  He said he could do the repair or it might be less expensive to have my pool company take care of it, as it was a minor drip.

Ten Plus Service is honest, knowledgeable and courteous -- hope I never need their help again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them!"

"Very smooth. Bulletproof pools was very prompt in responding to my request. I was very pleased with the service provided. They were extremely knowledgeable about all systems involved in swimming pools."

"I purchased a new A/C unit. All went well with the sales and installation. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! I am happy with the service I received and would call them again."

"We contacted Pure Pool service and they came out right away and looked at the pools we have and gave us a quote and a recommendation on some minor things that need to be fixed (like a new filter, etc.). We were impressed with their professionalism and with their responsiveness. My husband chose to use the company that our neighbor uses, but we will definitely keep this company in mind. It appears to be well-run and organized.
