"There are four pillars to good service: communication, quality, reliability and fair pricing. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"We hired and worked with Rocco on two simultaneous bathroom renovations on the second floor of our house. (We were responsible for purchasing most materials, and Rocco and his team then worked with them.) While we did not vary the footprint, we did have them lower a few walls and replace them with glass in order to "open up" two rather claustrophobic shower stalls. We also installed new lighting and ventilation, along with replacing all of the existing fixtures. Working with Rocco and his son, Rocco Jr, was a lovely experience from start to finish. Rocco, Rocco Jr, and all of their subcontractors are exceedingly polite and professional and highly skilled. The tile work and custom glass for the showers were precise; the plumbing and electrical functions very well. The whole thing took about 8 weeks from start to finish, and we are very pleased with the results. Love our new bathrooms, and would not hesitate to use Rocco & team again! [Note: pictures were taken before glass was in, but give you a good idea of the look/craftsmanship.]"

"They were amazing, quick to respond and very efficient and professional. They turned what could have been $10,000 plus in flood damage into much less and were able to save my furniture and cabinets! I would definitely hire them again! In the most recent storm the entire first floor of my home was flooded with 6-8 inches of water. In a situation like this, you don't want to wait. So i called them immediately. Within just a few minutes they were at my home accessing the damage and making a plan for repairs. They started work right away, moving furniture, drying and wet vacuuming everything possible. By the first night most things were dry and clean. Because of this, i was able to save all my furniture and Kitchen Cabinets. We are still working on the final drying and repair of the walls, but i have faith they will do the best work possible."
