"The spring on the garage door broke at 3:30 p.m. when my wife returned from the Post Office. Normally, having both cars “trapped” in the garage would be an annoyance — we could just reschedule our following day around a service call. Winston wanted to up-sale me on maintenance that was already done by Delta door and when I declined to pay and additional $331.00, Winston drug their feet when ordering the machine. I recommend Bob and Delta Door above any franchise/chain door company."
