"This was no small project and this contractor is not typical... a second floor deck around 3 sides of a 6 bedroom house done in a way I could park a car on the deck. Workmanship was 5 star, worked full days, used quality materials and the fit and finish is beyond our expectations. Phil and his crew are AMAZING!! "Extremely competent, honest, fair, and totally open about billing.  Work is done like it was their own home!  Computer literate so I got e-mail, photos, and spreadsheet control as the project progressed as I was not on site.  House has an "owner's manual" which is two 4 inch binders and a DVD with photos of everything before covering with dry wall. <br /> <br /> Recently moved to Cottonwood, AZ.  This is my loss of a great resource and friend but if you are in his new area, you can't go wrong."
