"Rob purchased the recommended water heater for our needs. He brought it, installed it and took away our old one. As we were getting our bathroom remodeled, we ended up calling him with a question because our remodeler installed some hardware incorrectly. It was a weekend and we couldn’t get a hold of our contractor. Rob used FaceTime to tell my husband how to correct the issue. He saved the day!"

"I can’t recommend City Plumbing and Rooter AZ enough. Paul went above and beyond when we really needed help. We were staying at an Airbnb for my brother’s bachelor party, and things went sideways fast after the restrooms got seriously overused. It was a stressful situation, especially after hours—but Paul showed up quickly without hesitation. He and his nephew got straight to work, handled everything efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. What stood out most was how calm, respectful, and professional they were in a pretty chaotic moment. They didn’t waste time, didn’t overcomplicate things—just got it done. If you ever find yourself in a plumbing emergency, especially at the worst possible time, Paul is the guy you want to call. Reliable, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping people out."

"Miracle man plumbing installed our new tankless water heater. The whole experience was great Caleb was there on time and had great communication finding our best option 10/10! Would recommend miracle man plumbing"

"The Plumber (Pedro) showed up early for the appointment which was **refreshing**, as normally service techs are late or do not show at all. Pedro acted professionally and the job performed was also very professional. Con: Cost was a bit high (service call/trip fee) We would certainly recommend Goettl."

"Yesterday Alex came back to replace the portion of sewer pipe that had root intrusions. He brought a coworker and together they got busy. They were very knowledgeable and kept my informed thru every step. 94° didn't slow them down. I got out my pop-up canopy for shade (their old one had blown away on a prior job). They did an excellent job and the price was a grand less than my second quote. We are very happy with Harm."

"Called on Oct 31 for an estimate, they were able to get someone out the same day. Scheduled service for 11/15/16. Got a call the morning of the 15th asking if I could delay to the 17th due to 2 people calling in sick. So I explained that because of scheduling, I really needed to get it done that day. Garth showed up later that morning to do by himself what is normally a 2 person job, but he did it by himself in spite of a minor glitch when he discovered that the wall where I wanted the outlet had a horizontal piece of frame about 7 ft off the floor, which would prevent placing the outlet any lower. So he explored another spot in the garage and found no framing problem. I'm not sure exactly how long it took to get the job done, but I think it was only a little over 2 hours and he cleaned up completely before he left. I have used Ponderosa Electric before and will continue to do so. Highly recommended."

"Not only did Matt do excellent work, but he was on time both days he was out, first to troubleshoot and service my hot water heater. In addition, a leak formed the day after the service work at a valve and he made a special trip out to fix that too. I also talked to BJ in their office several times and they took the time to research the answer for any of the questions I had about their policies and the new equipment I wound up buying to replace my old set up. I am very happy with everything related to this project."
