They found we had at least two leaks in the line. Richard and the leak detection pro recommended replacing the entire line since two leaks meant a serious problem. The line had been replaced about 12 years before, but they cut corners leading to our problem. The line replacement team was amazing. They ran a new, parallel line into the house above the previous leak. They also were able to tell me why we were having problems with the leak and through our wall from the old line. The difference in quality between the two was quite clear. They installed elbow joints instead of bending the copper, rerouted our pressure regulator in front of all other outlets (another mistake, wrapped the copper line with heavy tape before running it through the line so the wall wouldn't rub, and then pressure sealed the wall from both sides. I wish I had used them the first time."

"Scott, Chris and his team were such a blessing coming to our rescue after months as to the unknown,repeated gallons increase on our water bill,(we held our breath each month opening the bill, yet we were not seeing any indication as to where a leak was while meter still ran at shut off,none of us could find as to where a leak was. Every detail was an answered prayer, we're so happy to say, now we have a plumber we can now count on and Trust! My husband and I felt so validated on our decision to move forward with these guys when there was a discovery made that absolutely needed to be corrected even on the safety aspect of it that we had no idea of from previous jobs with other plumber/companies and are so thankful to have had them bring it to our attention! So granted we have learned of great magnitude how important reviews, Word of mouth and doing homework when working with contractor/ plumbers as to trusting with your family and the investment of our homes.
