"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. 
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.

He was always considering methods to save money but not at the detriment of quality. Eric is also very particular in his work. For example he relocated a light switch after installation deciding I would not be happy. Of course in moving it he had to patch and repaint creating more work for himself but cared more about the best outcome. The basement exceeded my expectations."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "I am very happy with the quality of service I received. there were a few small projects and two large projects. the owner arrived early with a good group of employees and went right to work. well organized and the employees seem eager to work hard. i threw in some last minutes ideas and the owner added them at minimal upcharge since everyone was already there. clean communication and very fair billing. been a month now and we could not be happier and will be calling again soon for some other projects"
