"Paul Tiberi has done several jobs for us over the years. He’s switched out all of our lights, switches, outlets, and baseboard heaters, and he’s also added lines to new outlets. He’s honest, fair, personable, and he works very quickly. He’s the best!"

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."

"Found and replaced a broken electrical switch."

"great, they're a little bit busy so not too good on callbacks and stuff, but once they showed up the job was done right and quickly."
