Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Cragin, IL

"Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

"It couldn’t have gone better! Carl was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, he smelled gas which is why he replaced the valve on my water heater. It was a great visit!"

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"Patrick was very responsive to my texts relates to product information and quotes. He is very knowledgeable about the trade and he is great with customers. His service was prompt and the installation went smoothly. After the installation, I referred another friend to Patrick on water heater replacement."

"Tim responded almost immediately after submitting my request for contractors. Good price, very friendly and a great warranty. Install went very smoothly. Crew was on time and finished before I expected."

"Two technicians showed up. Very curious. Found the cable connecting the water heater to the wall outlet loose."

"The job went very well.
On day one I was very lucky that they had availability within a couple of hours. Kyle took a look at the water heater and when I left him to put his recommendation together, he took the initiative to look around a bit more. It turned out I originally showed him a small water heater that was supporting the radiant heat below my basement floor. More appropriately, Kyle located the main water heater which was the one that needed replacement. Nice job!!
J. Blanton was able to install the new water heater on day two (the following day).  They arrived promptly and drained and removed the older heater and installed the new one within three hours.  I had hot water not long after.  The team of Kyle and Mike were professional, proficient and delivered a job well done.
A family business that I trust and will use for my plumbing needs hereafter.

"AA Best Appliance Service came to fix the ice-maker in the condo that we are renting. Ivan and Chaz came, a little after 9:00am and within the window of 9-11am that Ivan promised. They promptly came up to the unit, and asked what the problem was. After telling him the ice- maker was not producing ice, he took a look. Within 5 minutes he had the thing diagnosed, and was calling our landlord to approve the replacement of the bad ice-maker because it was not cycling. Thinking to myself this would take a week to get the part in, Ivan said he needed to go to his car and get the needed replacement. Which was a surprise to me that he had a replacement with him. Within 30 minutes he and Chaz had the ice-maker replaced. The new one fit beautifully except for the pour spout. Ivan took the extra time to pull out the new ice-maker and put in a longer pour spout. Both Ivan and Chaz were very knowledgeable and professional about the job they were doing, and engaged in enjoyable conversation. They did not dilly dally around, but got in, did the job and got out. and I thank them for that. I have one recommendation for them. It would be nice if they would wear protective plastic covers on their boots so as not to track in slush/snow/water from the outside. But they got most of it off at the front door before coming in. Thank you for a good experience."

"Great! would definitely hire again or recommend for any plumbing needs."

"Since I had just used John for a previous issue. I immediately called him to figure out next steps. He recommended some brands and suggested some stores. I selected a toilet which he picked up and installed. I am delisted with the job he did and his installing it so quickly."
