"Chris was in bidding competition with others. He was awarded the project and arrived with a helper, and was on time the day agreed. The first half of the day they opened the ceiling to gain access to the leaking plumbing. The second half of the day they prepared the plumbing and installed new. They ended the day with cleaning up and left our home looking great. They replaced both the hot and cold copper lines feeding to two bathrooms on the second floor. There were no leaks after turning the water back on to the system. Excellent job. I would recommend them for your plumbing repairs."

"Naj and Pat arrived on a Saturday to check out my leaking disposal & connecting kitchen sink pipes. They had to replace the disposal and did a great job, explaining what needed to be done. I would definitely hire them again; they were very professional and I appreciated that they came so quickly & on a weekend. Thank you!"

Small jobs welcome

"Ryan, one of their technicians, came to the house a day after I contacted them. I accepted their proposal and they gave me several options for days to schedule the work. On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated. I would recommend this company. "

"We hired Kennihans to replace the riser on our gas line just before the meter. This turned into a much more complicated job than expected. Throughout the entire job the crew on site was polite, hardworking, professional, and very competent. They encountered problem after problem which was not their fault, but due to the weird way the gas line was originally run. They adapted and worked out a great solution that both cost effective and saved all of my plantings. Huge thanks to Ryan, Brian, and Herb. The office staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They always called and let me know the day's plan and made sure the work was done properly. Gerry checked in frequently to make sure everything was being taken care of and were were satisfied. Now, they are not as cheap as that "guy your neighbor knows that could do the job," but you get what you pay for. I was extremely satisfied and would STRONGLY recommend them for any job."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Cranberry Township, PA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
