"The job was installed precisely as expected, on time and correct. Had three estimates, they had the most knowledge and confidence for the job, so I said, Yes the day they came to give me estimate. I have 25 yrs. experience in the construction industry, I know what is good, fair or just down right bad. Dan and Jason came to install, they installed exactly as written in contract. They were professional, courteous, clean and very proficient. Was very pleased when job was complete, 6 hrs later, I was extactic. "I called Mr. Fisher and left a message and my name phone number. He returned my call in a day or two. I explained the problem. He said he would come out, examine the chimney, and get back with a price. He did exactly as he said. He called back with the price and explained the work that needed to be done. We agreed on a day and time for the work to be done. He and his workman arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. While he was there we also discussed some additional work that I needed done around my windows and my garage. He quoted a price and said he would get back to me as to scheduling the work to be done once he had checked his other commitments. He called me several days later, we set a day and time, and once again he arrived with his workman as he said he would. They worked continuously and cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Working with Fisher Masonry was a very positive experience. They are extremely responsive and punctual. They arrive when they say they will, begin working when they arrive, and continued working until they job was done. They clean up and leave the area clean. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them."

"JOHN RETURNED OUR ORIGINAL CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE WITHIN THE SAME DAY, AND HE TOOK A LOOK AT THE HOUSE WITHIN A FEW DAYS, ON A SATURDAY, EVEN. HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY ON EACH DAY AND TOTALLY CLEANED UP THE WORK SITE. I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED BY THE FACT THAT HE CONSIDERED AESTHETICS. HE MADE SURE TO MATCH UP THE COLOR OF THE PORCH SHINGLES WITH THE MAIN ROOF (WHICH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR EXPECTED ME TO DO MYSELF) AND SELECTED ATTIC WINDOWS IN TUNE WITH THE CHARACTER OF THE HOUSE. HE IMPROVED THE LOOK OF THE HOUSE BY SO MUCH. HE ALSO GAVE ME ADVICE ON A WIDE RANGE OF OTHER UNRELATED PROJECTS AND WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TO. HE HAS GREAT TASTE. HIS BROTHER WORKS WITH HIM AND HE IS VERY NICE AS WELL. THE PRICE WAS IN THE SAME RANGE AS OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED."
