"Over the top service. John went over the top from the beginning. I wanted to upgrade our panel and John came in over $1100 cheaper and offered Square D panels which I've researched and seem to be the best product. He was prompt in answering all my questions, he picked up the city permit and brought it by the house over the weekend, and even called Oncor to confirm the appt for them to come back out and reconnect the electricity. When Oncor showed up 4 hours late, he was there waiting in his truck. John truly showed his character waiting until Oncor showed up. He is just an honest man who really cares.
