"I called the afternoon my A/C went out. Morrison said would be there at 9a, got there at 8:45. Looked over entire system. Fixed the problem; explained why it broke down & how to care for A/C in general. The cost I wrote in here for the service call is approximate because I also had them service the A/C at my office. I’ve known Morrison family since 2010. They are honest about what’s wrong with A/C & cost of repair, whether replacement is warranted and what can wait, and are prompt in an emergency. They did an install for a friend & she is pleased a year later when Morrison came to service her A/C - for free because it was their install. The price they charged was way lower than other people she contacted & they provided a warranty for her new A/C. Highly recommend Morrisons."

"They came over same day and did very good work at reasonable price. I signed up for their yearly maintenance package. Jason explained many things to me and showed me what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful - I will ask for him again for the maintenance package."

"From start to completion everything for the initial quote, to showing up on time, to completing the job quickly and cleaning up was absolute professionalism. Kent , the owner, was great and everything he told me was correct. I have waited to post my evalution because I wanted to receive my first utility bill after completion. My utility bills in the summer were ranging from $250-$300 a month. I have a 2267 square foot home with a pool. My first bill since my new installation was $200.00, a wonderful drop from last year. The pool uses a lot of energy. Before, my garage was incredibly hot in the summer and I can really tell the difference. I leave my thermostat on 78 and it is actually cold at night. I highly recommend them.

"It was a great experience. It has iced the previous day, and seeing the unit is a heat pump. It was not working properly. I would ai glen our own technician. But, all those who worked on the unit were very professional. A sign of a well trained crew. I myself would definitely recommend their services to my friends and neighbors. Thank you."

"Joseph did an excellent job getting my heater back up and running. He took the time to explain what was going on with my system in a way that was easy to understand, and he pointed out some important updates my older unit needs to keep it running efficiently. I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and helpful recommendations. Highly recommended!"

FAQs for radiant floor heating system installation projects in Crandall, TX

Heated driveways either heat up with electric coils or from hot water flowing through pipes, coming from your boiler. These electric cables and pipes are generally only a couple of inches under the surface. As they heat, they heat up the thermal mass of the asphalt or concrete, which melts away the snow and ice. They usually run for an extra period after all the snow is melted to dry out the surface and avoid ice accumulation.

Heated driveways will melt off snow at a rate of about two to three inches per hour. The actual rate of melt depends on the temperature you have the heating set at, the type of driveway you have, and the climate you're in. Your driveway will melt much faster in 32 degrees than it will at zero degrees. So expect your results to vary a bit.

Heated driveways may crack if the embedded heating elements are positioned too near the surface or if a system malfunction occurs. This issue arises when the coils or tubes are not installed correctly, resulting in stress on the pavement. Once the heating system is fully corrected, the necessary repair involves sealing the cracks and resurfacing. This process restores strength and ensures lasting durability.

When installed and maintained correctly, a heated driveway lasts between 15 and 20 years, on average. Proper installation using professional standards and regular maintenance of components such as the boiler and wiring guarantees long-lasting performance. Consistent care and timely repairs secure the system's durability, ensuring reliable operation throughout its expected lifespan.

A heated driveway increases home value by enhancing curb appeal and ensuring safety during snowstorms. This reliable system adds a high-value feature that stands out in areas with heavy snow, reducing the need for manual snow removal. Homeowners benefit from improved aesthetics and energy efficiency, which contributes significantly to overall property marketability.
