"Michael showed up on a days notice, on the weekend and did an excellent job when I needed carpet removed from a hardwood floor that had been covered for 55 years. He was straight up, right-priced and gave good advice, and he is a gentleman too."

"I just moved in to a rental house and I was told the carpet had already been professionally cleaned. I saw and smelled pet urine. I called Trinity at the last minute and they showed up. Trinity treated the urine stains ($10 per room) and cleaned every room. They only charged me $10 and they pre-treated every room for pet stains. The price was great and the staff was very knowledgeable. I only wish my carpet would have been more fluffy. It's a shade lighter and the urine smell is gone. They did a great job. Another company was going to charge me $200 (without closets and urine pre-treatment).

"

In retrospect, I think we were overcharged. Especially since they cut too big a hole for the shower head and I ended up going out and getting a larger one to cover their mistake. They also cut the toilet opening too large so there is an opening on the floor by the toilet. When I called to tell them about it, they said they would come back to re-do it. But since I thought I would have them come back for something else I said to wait. I was, at that time, sick of having the place torn up. So that is my fault.

The work they did do was very good, with the above exceptions. But every time I get in the shower I see the cut in the tile at the shower head. My feeling is they should not have to be told about it and to come back; it should have been done right in the first place.

Also-----the above date is very approximate.

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"Worked with Scott B. He was very attentive and punctual for the quote. For instance, since we wanted to match the exisitng color in the foyer, he took a paint sample from a discrete location (which he later patched) to make sure he matched the new paint exactly. His crew was good and worked productively to get the job completed on time.

FAQs for tile, stone, marble clean, grout, polish and maintain service projects in Crawfordsville, AR

Use a stiff-bristle brush and warm, soapy water to loosen surface grime. Then, let the grout dry and finish with a grout-specific sealant. This combo cleans without scratching the tile and locks out new stains. Always follow the label directions so the cleaner and sealant bond properly. A few extra minutes of care keep grout bright and help your floors look fresher longer.

The most effective cleaner for badly stained grout is a professional-grade steam machine. High-pressure, high-heat vapor lifts embedded dirt without harsh chemicals and brightens grout lines in one pass. Pros often pre-treat tough spots with a mild solution and finish with a soft brush to protect the tile. The result is a deep, even clean that lasts longer than store-bought products.

Tile and grout are water-resistant, not waterproof. Dense materials like porcelain or glass shed moisture well, but even sealed natural stone and standard cement grout can absorb water over time. That’s why routine sealing and prompt spill cleanup matter.

Keeping moisture out prevents erosion, mold, and discoloration—especially in bathrooms, kitchens, and other splash-prone areas.

Schedule professional tile and grout cleaning every six to 12 months, with quick touch-ups in between. Busy kitchens and bathrooms often need attention on the shorter end of that range because constant moisture speeds up staining.

Sticking to this routine keeps grime from setting, reduces mold risk, and stretches the life of your tile and grout, saving you from bigger repairs later.

When done correctly, tile and grout cleaning is perfectly safe for your floors. Pros match cleaners and brushes to your tile type, control pressure, and avoid harsh chemicals that can etch or erode surfaces.

If you’re DIYing, test new products in an inconspicuous spot and follow label directions. The right technique removes buildup while protecting both the tile glaze and the grout lines.

Yes—apply a fresh sealer once the grout is completely dry, usually 24 hours after cleaning. The sealer forms a moisture-resistant barrier that blocks stains, mold, and everyday dirt, making future scrubbing easier. Skipping this step leaves porous grout exposed, which can lead to discoloration or cracks and, ultimately, expensive repairs. A quick reseal now protects both the grout and the surrounding tile.
