"We originally hired Rolling Green to simply tear down an old fence and put up a new one, but it ended up turning into a much bigger project, including landscaping and a porch redesign. What I appreciated most was the transparency. They were upfront about all costs from the start and kept communication clear throughout the whole process. Sales person (owner) was very knowledgeable and gave detailed steps as to what needed to be done to resolve problem. Work crew were professional and worked in a timely manner. They kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. They clearly answered any questions I had about their work processes. When they were done clean-up was so good you could not even tell they had been there.

A nice young man, William, arrived and discussed the job. I was especially concerned about the bricks on the side of the house where sun doesn't shine except in the early morning hours, as they were covered in mildew. William pre-treated this area; and, after he pressured cleaned it, the bricks looked like new!! I was very impressed.
He then pressured cleaned the front of my house (and garage door), the sidewalk leading up to the door, the door itself and all around the door, getting rid of spider webs and dirt. It is unbelievable how nice (and new) the house looks!
Great job!! Will use this company again!

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"Richard Cranner with Cross Cabinets looked at the broken drawer on my Grandfather's dresser that I had inherited.  I was afraid that the drawer could never be replaced.  Richard made a brand new drawer to match and with the stain he used. I can't tell which one is the new one.  Very pleased with this restoration."
