"We applied for architectural control approval and the contractor prepared the building permit.  Final approval to start construction took 6 weeks, but once it was started, Patio Warehouse completed the project and cleaned up the area to our complete satisfaction within their proposed schedule and price.  The Patio Warehouse crew repaired the deck by cleaning and filling all dry rotted wood. They then covered the top of the joists with metal caps to protect the wood from water and installed high grade outdoor flooring rather than just replacing the existing 1x4? wood flooring.  The installed patio cover is beautiful, and the upstairs deck is better than the original deck. <br />"
