"An upstairs toilet was getting repeatedly clogged for no apparent reason.  Plunge it and it was OK but would recur.  That one the plumber fixed in a few minutes.  Remember this.  A toothbrush can get snagged in teh turns and allow everything to pass but then clog repeatedly and never move --chuckle.  Beware tooth brushes anywhere near the toilet. <br /> The downstairs one had a different problem and the plumber didn't have the tools to snake more thna the just the toilet.  He found not problem there after some serious effort and decided it could be something similar which he just could get out of the toilet.  So, we discussed it and he gave me good advice on a replacement toilet.  Odd as it may seem, I think it was the right decision to replace this cheap toilet with a dependable more modern one. <br /> He came back out and set the toilet under the remaining cost of the special.  The toilet works great now, both do. <br />"

"I could not have asked for a better experience for such an inconvenient situation. My hot water heater died and flooded my basement. I had a plumber come out and look at it. He found that it needed to be replaced and that the cost for all of the service was $1500. As a courtesy to my landlord, who would be paying and lives very far away, I called around to see if I could find a cheaper estimate. <br /> I reached David from Cornerstone. He walked me through each part of my current water heater and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He explained all of the pricing to my landlord over the phone and handled all payment through him. My installer was Tony. He came right on time during the two-hour repair window and was out in just over an hour. <br /> Cornerstone was able to do the job for $300 less and made the whole process completely painless.
