"Customer service is excellent and the installers are incredible. I received three garage door company referrals from Home Advisor. TBG contacted me first, and I was immediately impressed with the person I talked to (Michelle). Three days later, Jorge arrived at my house at exactly the scheduled time to give me an estimate. He listened to all my concerns about my old door and gave me options for each concern. I decided to get a completely new door with a special trim kit to keep outdoor debris from blowing into my garage when the garage door is closed. On installation day, Jorge and Edwin arrived right on schedule and did a great job of installing the door and cleaning up after the installation. Jorge even swept and bagged a lot of fallen pine needles in my driveway -- now that's going "the extra mile." I was originally concerned about the color we ordered for the door, but the color turned out to be an exact match to my house trim -- what a relief! I definitely recommend this company."

"In the past, when I hire garage door guys off a coupon I get in the mail, I always end up paying an extremely high amount when very little is wrong. When my son closed the garage door and it hit a part of my SUV that cause the bottom of the door to break, I didn't want to take a chance on paying for an entirely new garage door for something that may be fixable so I consulted Angie's list. Omar was exceptionally honest and helpful. I called on a Friday night and he was at my house on Saturday morning, at the beginning of the 9-11 AM window he gave me (even though I live in Sugar Land and he was coming from Spring). He fixed my door for a reasonable price (as well as protecting my other door from allowing this to happen) and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. And he did it for the same price I have paid for some tune ups in the past. I definitely would recommend him and use him again."

"I am very glad I accepted a quote from Alex. During the quote, he identified and fixed loose bolts in our new house that came with a damaged garage door system to ensure we could be safe until the door was replaced. He was the perfect level of proactive and responsive without being pushy. Alex got us the right door for the right price, and showed he did not upcharge by helping explain that the single insulation would be sufficient for our garage door and what we used it for vs double insulation that would have been overkill and more expensive for no reason. Alex was ready when we got HOA approval, and kicked into action. Because the vendor had the door in stock, the door and whole new system was installed the next day! We will be contacting Alex with all garage door needs, highly recommend if you are looking at door repairs."

"JD DOORS did a great job very professional people I would recommend them to anyone that needs a garage door repaired or replace."
