"I contacted Marcos on Thursday, March 12, 2015  to get a quote on installing a sprinkler system on my property. The next day, Marcos sent me a quote based on the size of my yard. Marcos quote included exactly what he was going to install and that it would all areas with grass. I wanted to make sure that all areas with grass included the part on the other side of the sidewalk, and the side of the house. Marcos assured me that absolutely all areas would be included and they could come out on Sunday morning to start. The install would take 7 hours.
When I woke up on Sunday morning the installers had already began to dig up my yard. After a few hours, one of the installers rang my doorbell to tell me that they were finished and he wanted to show me how to program the control panel. The first thing I noticed is that you cannot tell that my yard was dug up, at all.

While discussing what needed to be done, Roger made recommendations to help make my yard low maintenance yet pleasing to the eye. "The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.

"Everything went well, from the initial phone call to the completion of the job.  I called Ernesto to set up an appointment for an estimate.  He showed up on time, walked my property and gave me an estimate.  I told him that I wanted the trees "heavily trimmed".  The trees were so thick that my grass was dying because of the lack of sunlight.  I accepted the proposal and Ernesto and his crew showed up the next morning.  All I can say is "WOW"!  He did EXACTLY what I requested.  This is the first time in many years that the sunlight is actually shining on my grass.  I'm very satisfied with the work Ernesto and his crew did for me.  I will use Arbor Pro in the future for any tree service.  On a side note:  It was amazing to watch those guys climb up the trees (without any ladders) only using a rope.  This requires skill.  I equally enjoyed watching that "grinder" at work.  They  put all the limbs in this grinder and within seconds it spit out toothpicks.

"Juan was quick to respond and arrived at home at promised time. Tightening the faucet was not easy as access to the underside was very cramped, but he quickly had the faucet tightened (something I had been trying to do with no success before going to Angies List).
     Juan then disappeared (to Lowes?) and came back with tile grout that matched my custom color. He replaced the access panel and grouted it back in place.
     Next, Juan dug up a broken sprinkler head, disappeared again and came back with a replacement head and installed that.
     I'm 100% pleased with his work.

"The workers did not speak English so I did not know that the water and internet were going to be interrupted. I figured out myself that this was the norm of sprinkler installation. It would have been good if office staff or someone who spoke English would have told me what to expect ahead of time for the day of installation regarding the water and internet. My day would not have been filled with frustration, calling the cable company troubleshooting and trying to get someone at Blue Irrigation to answer my call which was not always timely because it was a a Saturday. I even talked to the office staff that day, and no one still did not tell me what to expect with the installation. The glass could have been replaced back in the the yard a little better. However. I will say the supervisor and the crew worked constantly all day and did a good job for the money."

"not good. the ground was not leveled before the grass was laid. the beds are to be mirror images on either side of our front porch and they do not line up. they broke our sprinkler in 6 places and attempted to "fix" it. we had to pay our sprinkler company to fix it. the path was not dug deep enough so the edging on either side of it sticks up way too high."

"ArborTrue is a wonderful company. Last year Brad Phillips inspected my old river birch. Heat stressed. I did exactly what he told me to do. Responded beautifully! This year he had to come back out. City dug a trench on the other side of the fence for a huge natural gas pipeline. It sealed its fate as it was near the end of its city life. Brad sent Fabian, Joel and Anthony out in about a week as a new fence install was about to happen! Fascinating to watch. Very professional and so careful in this dangerous job. Cleaned job site well. Avoided hurting equipment like AC’s etc. I would highly recommend this company. Exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends."
