I’m a hardworking person who doesn’t like to leave projects half finished or looking sloppy, I can be a bit of a perfectionist. I’ve always fixed and built almost everything I needed myself and I take pride in being self sufficient. I’ve been an electrician for a year and half now and before that I was fabricating aerators for private residences. I have a wife and two children, so I can handle the chaos of a whole house remodel even if you decide to alter any details halfway through.

"Everything went very well. A little bit of a late start due to scheduling issues workload they were under but it was all understandable. They are in high demand and sometimes during a project unforeseen issues arise that they have to deal with. This can cause delays in starting jobs for other customers. I respect the fact that they will take care of the customer when these unforeseen issues occur. The remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets, celling, painting, wall removal, flooring and painting. "They did an awesome job from start to finish!!!  They were available for us to meet with our insurance adjustor and go thru all the paperwork  in and outs we needed to file our claim! They worked with us around our crazy schedules to make sure we matched all of our colors on our roof, siding, gutters and our garage door!  I was so excited when I came home and saw my new roof I know that sounds crazy but that is how much I loved the new look and color we were able to get!!!!  I would highly recommend them for any job you would need done to your home! Their workers and staff surpassed my expectations and I know they will yours!!!  I just can't express how pleased I was with their work and how courteous they were!!!!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!
