(sometimes a couple of times) They was always asking if we had any questions !! Dustin asked me were I wanted the faucet -on the sink- to make sure I was pleased with the placement . Brian did a Great job placing & taking care to fit everything in a compact area -so I have still room in my panty closet . "I hired Michael's Plumbing to fix a toilet that was constantly running. After they performed the initial repairs on 02/13/2018 (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem was not fixed. My tenant and I called at least 5 times and no one called us back until I posted negative reviews. After that, someone called and advised that the toilet is old and can't be repaired and they would replace it with a newer model toilet at no additional cost. They apologized for the failure to communicate this information. The new toilet was installed on 04/28/2018 and so far it is working great."

"The original contract was signed 4/21/14.  Work began around 7/01/14. I had to call them to ask when they were starting the job.  
Bathroom:  I designed a large shower, 6 feet wide.  The main ceramic tiles are 22" x 22" and resemble light granite.  There is a vertical mural on the back wall of (3) 20" x 20" tiles that look like dark highly grained stone.  A 4" border of multicolor dark/light mosiac surrounds the mural and ties the light stone to the dark mural.  The original border created a major problem.  The sample glass tile was on a brown background, but after installation, some tiles were blue and did not match the other tile.  The border was removed, another border was chosen and installed.  After some unexpected delays, the end result is exactly what I had envisioned and looks fabulous.  It really has a Wow factor.  The plumbing fixtures are brushed nickel with a shower head and hand shower.  Mike, the installer is very good at his job and easy to work with.  Mike also removed the popcorn ceiling from the bathroom.  What a messy job that was!  He did an excellent job on the completed ceiling.  I chose two vanity lights for over the sinks that had slate backs that matched the mural shower tile.  Two large mirrors were installed.  Mike did an outstanding job.  
Deck:  Initially the deck (10' x 30') was to be power washed and stained.  After power washing, (deck is 19 years old) an old sap problem surfaced again.  Something else had to be done.  Only staining  the deck would not work.  I did some research and found a beautiful deck tile of cumaru exotic hardwood from www.advantagelumber.com.  The product is beautiful and much better quality than some of the composite decking.  AND less expensive.  Advantage Lumber was great to deal with.  A pallet of cumaru deck tiles was ordered and shipped.  Don and Toby were the men working on that project.  The old deck boards were removed  and additional joists were installed to accommodate the tile connectors.  Don was called to another job and Toby finished the deck.  Toby did an outstanding job of cutting and fitting the tiles around the posts.  The steps and landing were done in solid Cumaru boards.  After installation, Toby rolled on IPE oil.  This brought out the true beauty of the wood.  The end result is a remarkably beautiful deck surface.  
I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and materials used.  The total cost was about $24,000, with the bathroom work costing around $16,000 and the deck about $8,000.  The total included $6,500 in materials I purchased outside the contract.
The workmen were respectful and easily adjusted to working with a woman.  They asked my opinion at each step and took in stride the changes in plans.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "Used a backhoe and actual removed top of the Septic tank and pumped tank clean of water and sludge.  A previous service a week earlier just stuck a flex line into tank and pumped out the water and left the sludge.  The line from the tank to the field lines was plugged so they dug it up and replaced with new line.  They then did a field line test by probing thru the ground of the field lines and showed they were in good shape.  Septic system is now working great.  The day started out around 25degF at 8am when they arrived.  They completed all the work in 3 hours.  They also gave me several tips on how to eliminate any future Septic system problems.
