The initial cabinet install height was calculated off the listed height of my washer/dryer on the manufacturers website, and the cabinets were put in before the washer/dryer arrived. Once they were in place, I realized I needed the cabinets lowered -- John fixed the issue without a problem!"

We loved our salesperson, Bekki Skeans, but unfortunately she left the company before our kitchen was finished. Another salesperson took over, and he did fine. My only reservation about this company is that the salesperson/designer does not come out to the site. They do the design based on blueprints and photos. I was not comfortable with this, so I hired another designer, but in the end we purchased out cabinets from Cabinet Discounters because they did have great cabinets for reasonable prices. <br />"
