Both practices gave the impression the companies were more interested in a sales pitch than quoting a fare market value for the project. "I called contractor to get estimates for needed plumbing. Arrived a few minutes late but I received a call prior to arrival that would be late. After arriving Chuck reviewed the options for fixing plugged sink and leak in pipes and gave me estimates for fixes. They were reasonable so I said he could go ahead with the work. He was able to do the work at the time so I did not have to reschedule appointment. One of the requirements was to remove a broken disposal and disconnect from disposal switch. While removing the switch plate cover he accidentally broke it. He called the office and another person delivered a new one for him to replace the broken cover. He completed the work and cleaned up work area. I was very satisfied with the work and Chuck was very helpful and professional.

"Tony was the only one to promptly return my call when a pipe had sprung a leak one evening. Tony returned my call that same evening and gave me a quote as to cost and said he would try to come by the end of week. Came when he said he would. Very reliable and efficient and most importantly honest. Been hard to find someone who could recommend a trustworthy plumber. He gave me a fair price and stuck with it. The other company who returned my call the next day could not come until the next week and quoted me a price twice as much. Tony was very busy but upon understanding my predicament came to my home ahead of a project he was involved in and was here the next morning and efficiently repaired it and only charged fifteen over quote as a different pipe was needed than how I had described it on the phone and he had to go and get it at a warehouse - only charged me the difference in price not for the extra trip to get it. A good honest dependable plumber. What more could you ask for? Will be hiring Tony again-he s ggrrreat!!!"

"Our water heater had been leaking. I contacted Dean’s Home Services on Thursday AM 3/5/2026. Their representative Mike Washburn arrived that afternoon. He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater. At 8:00 AM the next day installers Cody Washburn and Sebastian arrived. The new water heater was installed in an hour and a half. The old heater removed and cleanup completed. We had hot water in less than 24 hours after our original call. Mike, Cory and Sebastian were very helpful and professional. We could not be happier!"
