"He contacted me within one hour.He was on time even early which is great for Sarasota. He replaced my pool pump and then came back to repair some pipes that were letting air into my pump. He was very pleasant and specializes in repairs not just a pool guy. I have had some issues for a while and he fixed everything where others have failed. So I would highly recommend him. He also installs heat pumps."

"My pool heater broke on Friday and I searched for pros quickly. I realized that most pool companies don’t work on the weekends but I tried. I sent a request for an estimate to replace my pool heater but needed it to be completed on Monday. The owner of Affordable Solar and Pool Heating replied on Saturday and provided me with an estimate and scheduled the replacement on Monday. The tech, Henry came on Monday. He was one hour earlier and replaced the heater. He was very knowledgeable, Courteous , neat and took the time to explain everything he had done upon completing the replacement. It was a great experience and I was extremely happy with the results. Their work ethics or great and they are very focus on customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this company."

"Wonderful hard working Leo and Shane respectful kind did a great job. Installed new air conditioner unit. Clean up done also"

"My experience with Responsible Pools was nothing short of wonderful, throughout. Dean was prompt, pleasant and thorough with our initial communications, even responding after hours. He arrived the next day, and thoroughly accessed my current pool system setup, then spent a LOT of time explaining detailed various options for me (my "setup" request was a very unique, unusual one). He was honest and instead of trying to upsell, he recommended a smaller unit, suggesting the larger one would be "overkill" for my small pool. The quote for the exact same equipment, warranty and labor (actually, more detailed-labor) was MUCH more competitive and fair as compared to the other companies I'd considered. Upon project initiation, Brandon was on time and did an incredible job with a very challenging, unique pump system setup. He worked mindfully and diligently, arranging a very unique, complicated(due to my unusual request), easy to control, effective system. I couldn't be happier!"

"Great, Pete was great, and the gentleman who took over his business, Brian, has also been great!"

"Shoneyâ s Pools was absolutely a great company to work with. We had our pool completely remodeled from resurfacing, new tile, new pavers, new lights and all new pool equipment. Chad the owner and his crews were very professional, punctual and meticulous. He made sure we were happy with the progress every step of the way. You can tell that he really cares his customers are satisfied. Our pool came out perfect!! Way better than we could have imagined! I would highly recommend using Shoneyâ s Pools for any pool job big or small."

"From the initial phone call to the office to the completion of the installation of my new heat pump, Ten Plus Service, was courteous, knowledgeable ( I couldn't get over how much Judy, the office manager knew - more than many repair people who have come to my home previously) and efficient.  Not only did they not waste my time, but more importantly they didn't waste my money.
They could have easily pushed for the repairs, so that it was done with them.  Instead they advised me what the best course to take would be, and they had no guarantees I would purchase the heat pump from them.

While they were on site, they also noticed my Navigator wasn't working correctly, and told me what the problem probably was, but as their rates were higher than many of the local pool stores, it would make more sense for me to take the cleaner locally for repairs, instead of paying them to fix it.

I did learn an important lesson from them -- in the future when I am going to buy an appliance or an automobile, I am going to ask the service department which units/cars they have performed the most repairs performed on, so I can be aware of potential future problems BEFORE I make the purchase.  The sales department or the local store is not who is going to be honest about failures (if they in fact are aware of them), they just want the sale/comission.  I had actually never realized this before how valuable the service techs are -- thanks Paul and Dexter of Ten Plus Service.

"What an amazing experience! The owner personally came out to give us a quote for a solar pool heater. No pressure sales! We decided to get a hybrid system and couldn t be happier. Price was fair and the system is great. The installer was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend."
