"I had a electrical switch that kept overloading. I spoke to Dewayne in the morning and told him I was going to see replacing an outlet would fix the issue. He told me that was fine and not only told me to call him if it didn't fix the issue, but also offered to answer questions if I ran into difficulties. I wound up having Dewayne come out as my simple fix didn't work. Even though I called him again in the afternoon, he still came out the same day and found there was a short somewhere in one of the rooms. He was there for a while trying to locate the short and was able to get my problem resolved and got the switch to stop overloading. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing as I wanted to understand. On top of that, he was very upfront with the potential costs and was willing to give me an idea of what my job might cost, given the likely issue.
