"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend Art Villalobos for plumbing  needs. I will use his services in the future.

"John and his crew installed a Rinnai tankless water heater externally and a new water softener. Besides this they found and repaired a water leak under the house. John and his crew did their work in a very professional manner and did a thorough cleanup after the job was complete. His price for all this work was quite reasonable. About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.

"Fabulous. I sent pictures to Ron Jones, and he immediately assessed what we needed and told me on the phone what they would do. He gave me a date/time and his plumber was there. My husband said the plumber was very professional and knew what he was doing. He had a credit card machine with him, so we paid by credit card. We have at least two other plumbing projects, and this company will get our business. When I spoke to Ron on the phone, he was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. You can't get much better than this! And, the job was completed in a short period of time because they knew what was needed and brought everything with them. (The pictures I sent helped to diagnose the problem -- so I recommend doing that when possible.) Ron told me about how much the work would cost and said it should be less than that. And, it was. All Out Plumbing has our business in the future."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"The service provided was okay. I would marginally recommend them. The thing I disliked about is that the offer was four hours for one man or two hours for two men. So they sent two men and so they meant two hours. But the other guy just stood around and didn't do anything. He mixed up some mud for the drywaller and he didn't do anything else. I thought that was a way to get around four hours of work. They were able to complete the work in two hours because it was not a very big job. While one man was doing one part, cause I have three places that needed repair, I thought man should have been working on the other part but that's not the way. It was a good price for the deal. They responded pretty quickly."
