I ordered it and after it arrived he came out immediately, took our ladder our (which I could not physically do) and fixed the cover. Through the entire winter, the cover worked perfectly. First removal of all furniture then drying of walls, then opening of cement, then plumber to replace pipes and close cement. Finally carpet replaced and furniture moved back. 3 month process. After getting the run around from multiple appliance stores who asked astronomical prices, I bought the replacement myself but needed someone to install it.
