Long story short within less than a year we were having to pay a contractor to totally redo the work as the banister came down!"

If you’re not using the hot tub, you should keep the temperature around 100 degrees. If you lower it too much, or shut it off completely, you’ll waste much more energy—and time—to heat up all that water to your ideal temperature. However, if you invest in a higher-quality material, perform maintenance, and take care of hot tub repairs quickly, you can enjoy your hot tub for closer to 20 years.
