"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. "At our original meeting when Tom Saner entered our home he immediately handed me his business card, a list of references and had a large three ring binder with photos of completed projects. Instead of just emailing his bid, he returned to our home with his estimate and drawings of the design, photos of faucets, tub, and toilet. When the project started the first thing they did was cover all our furniture in the master bedroom with large sheets of plastic. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and the bedroom floor every morning and rolled up every night when they finished for the day. They showed up on time every morning, and cleaned up before they left every night. We replaced the tub, toilet, shower, vanity top, sinks, faucets, mirrors, lights, had the walls and ceiling painted and had extra outlets added by the vanity. I couldn't be more pleased with how the bathroom looks! I have already recommended Jim Saner's company to two of my friends that want to remodel their master bathrooms."

"After having our basement walls reinforced with unsightly steel beams, we were faced with remodeling our downstairs family room, bathroom, and spare bedroom. We wanted to find an experienced local contractor who could not only complete all phases of the work, but explain options on the best way to do the job without breaking the bank. First we had to remove a drop ceiling, as well as, sheet rock and old paneling on the walls. We decided to go with with sheet rock on our ceiling instead of replacing the old drop ceiling. The new LED canned lights he installed look great and provide great lighting that can be dimmed or made brighter. We put up sheet rock walls replacing outdated paneling. The finished project, ceiling, walls, and trim look great! AP Remodeling, LLC was prompt and professional in everything they did. Best of all they completed the job within our budget which was less than other contractors quoted. I had seen other projects he completed for friends including deck work. "Allen Bridges gave his price and told us to get back with him when we decide what we wanted to do. We called him and the next day. He was here getting stated on tearing down the old wall. Allen told us that we needed to move the central Air conditioner. I called a heating and cooling company to get an price to move the Air conditioner and no one showed. He then said he had a man that he works with and ask if we minded if he got him. Billy Owens came with him the very next day and moved our conditioner and hooked it back up. The Job was to be done with in 5 days. It took longer because we got so much rain. That he could not get in the yard for several weeks before he could finish the Job. He keep in contact with us at least once a week or so let us know that he had not forgotten about our wall and yard. He finished with the yard, wall and the Chain link finance Today. We are very pleased with the work. "

"Over the past 25 years we have had 2 new hot tubs.  Both came from Home Resort, Inc.  The company manufactures it's spas and sells them direct to the consumer.  I still can't believe our hot tub looks and runs great after 16 years!  Our fist tub went with our last home when we sold it since it was built into our deck.. Our new home had an old Jacuzzi spa built into the deck and it was junk, so we bought our second in 1999 from Home Resort, now headquartered in Tescot, Ks.  It was a difficult  location to replace.   Due to the size and weight the company had to bring it to the location with a winch truck.  No extra charge for the truck!  It was installed, deck around it rebuilt and it has been running great since day one.  We have needed to replace the heater just one time over 16 years and have had two new pump motors.  All repairs were done by the company for a very reasonable cost. <br /> They can build and install many different sizes and install however many jets you want, special features, lighting, etc.  I know they have a nice regular fiberglass start up spa for under $2,000.  <br /> My experience with their products and the company has been excellent.  I would highly recommend them if your in need a new replacement or your first hot tub.  We love ours! <br />"
