Back in the late winter I had snow blowing down from my skylight into the top floor of the house.   WBR (Matt Cisna) came out while I was on a work trip and inspected and had his workers caulk things up.      In reality I could have limped along with my roof as it was for a little longer however I asked matt to give me a full estimate for replacement of the roof collars and skylight.    I felt the price was more than reasonable and the company reviews seemed consistent and I felt that I had found a good company. 

The team showed up this last Saturday to install the roof and did a very thorough job.   Everyone who showed up to put my roof on was professional and they did a complete and thorough cleanup at the end.      I am very pleased with the results.   I always get nervous when making such a significant repair and my mind was put at ease from the beginning.

"George was very professional when we first dealt with him and did a satisfactory job.  However, when we wanted him to do smaller jobs, he did not respond or set up dates to come and then did not show up nor did he call.  His father, who is the actual owner of George's Painting, came to our house for an estimate to have 3 closet shelves installed (the metal mesh type) for hwich he wanted $650.00.  We thought that was entirely too much as the material cost less than $100.  We looked for someone else off of Angie's list and got an excellent person who only charged $200 which was more reasonable and on top of that did an excellent job.    In addition we are having numerous other things done at reasonable prices.  Had I waited a bit longer, I could have gotten my house painted much cheaper as well.  George is overpriced and does not respond when you call or will he make an appointment with you and then not keep it.  I am glad I found someone else who is capable of doing what we want, is professional, does excellent work and his price is more reasonable.    I have already had work done by this other company and we are very satisfied.

"From the initial call to Goode to the completion of the project, my expectations were exceeded.  I had put off the work to repair and paint multiple ceilings (including a 20ft high ceiling) and 2 full bathrooms for several years due to the fear of the price and the "mess."  Goode was responsive with a visit and quote in just a couple of days, and scheduling of the service within a week, convenient for me.  They arrived on time, did what they said they would do, and the cost stayed exactly as quoted.  Additionally, they left no mess behind and not a drip of paint where it didn't belong.  I would highly recommend the crew and would absolutely bring them back for another job.

"They didn't show up. I had scheduled an appointment for an appointment for an estimate but they didn't. They showed up this morning, and they are supposed to come back tomorrow. He couldn't find the shutters at Home Depot because of the size, so they had to drive all the way to Colombia to get closest to the size that we needed. They had to drive about an hour away. I said that we needed something that was close and I didn't want something hanging 6 inches, and they are not identical. I think they are going to be close enough, and I am impressed that they did all that. He knocked off $100 because we did not want to pay $700 for putting up 2 shutters and paint."

"The person arrived on time to evaluate our home for the written estimate.   He was very professional and easy to talk with.  We talked at length what I expected.   In addition, he was very knowledgeable.   The estimate was sent by e-mail with in one week.  
The work took several days.   The men arrived on time and were very curtious.   All materials were picked up and my yard was left intact every day.   I did not find any debris or nails in my yard after the job was completed. 
They asked permission to leave a generator and ladder overnight on my property.  Very respectful.
At the time of the initial estimate I said that wanted all wood trim replaced with Azac.   All trim was replaced with Azac, as I requested.
The roof and railings look great!
My neighbor has used this company for more than 15 years and he only has positive comments about their work and the integrity of the company.  I can now agree with him.
I have more exterior work to be done and I plan to use this company again.
