"I couldn't be happier with Walter Brown. They gave a thorough inspection of the roof by walking it, clearly showing me the issues, and explaining any potential problems that could arrive. When we met to discuss the estimate, I was very appreciative that in addition to the estimate, they gave me a worst case scenario cost. For me, that kind of honesty made choosing Walter Brown a no-brainer. On the day of the job, a full crew of over 10 people came and worked hard getting the roof complete. They worked as a team and finished the roof in a day. Also, they answered all questions and did a thorough job cleaning up. A few hours after completing the roof, the ridge vent didn't look even to me, so when the site manager returned to pick up the dumpster, I asked him about it. He didn't like the look of either, called a few guys back, and replaced it at that time. Again, I was impressed that he was willing to re-do the ridge vent and that he re-did it at that time. We've had a few storms since the roof was installed, and no leaks now! This was as perfect as a home improvement project could have been. "The work was excellent. I like the final outcome. You need to find out if he's overextended or how many jobs he's involved in at the time. We started the project in May and it should have taken six to eight weeks and we just finished it at the end of September. There were some glitches along the way that were probably out of his control, but a lot of it was more that he was overextended. The quality was good. I would maybe use them in the future. The work was good, but we would really have to negotiate what was going on and the time window and stuff like that. We wouldn't do this again. I would consider it."
