"The installation itself went well, and began on the date specified.  The original estimate was for 3 days, but it took 5.

The workmen doing the first two bedrooms, for which we'd bought the flooring, did high quality work.

Those doing the third bedroom flooring didn't clean the glue spills from the flooring, or put wood filler in the seams and nail holes for the door threshold.  It took some weeks to get the fix for these things scheduled and done.  But they were ultimately resolved satisfactorily.

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.
