"Had Chaste Tree roots clogging my sewer line near the cleanout port. I have been running a 6â auger down the cleanout once every few days for about 6 months otherwise things start backing up. Finally decided it was time to get it repaired. Requested quotes from several plumbers. The others were fairly certain the tree wouldn't survive the repair or would have to be removed completely, which made us sad because we love the chaste treeâ ¦itâ s one of the highlights of our backyard. In comes Brenekâ s Plumbing. Tim Brenek called me up last Friday and said he could send Greg out to run a camera the next morning. Greg came by on time Saturday morning and was great to chat with and provided excellent service. By his running the camera, he determined exactly where the trouble spot was. Greg was pretty confident the section needing repair would be about 1â -2â from the treeâ s taproot and that the tree could be spared. Later that day I got the quote. Brenekâ s offered the best price of the lot; so, awarded the work to them. Tim Brenek (owner) came out this morning with a good dig crew who got the repair done in about 2.5 hrs. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Communication was great. Service was professional. Dig crew was efficient. And the end result was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this company."
