When he installed the new garage door and door opener, Justin was prompt, thorough, and thoroughly professional. He demonstrated the particular components of our new system and didn’t leave the job site until all was installed and approved. "4 hrs later than projected... Failed to tell me over the phone when i asked to check a simple thing that even I could have fixed in 2 seconds flat (and I am disabled!).. .deserved a rating of less than 1. But, the guys proceeded to clean my light, change the bulbs, clean my garage door, grease up all the components and coded my garage door panel which others had said was broken. I had never used it since I bought the house. It just needed a battery and the code set! These young men were courteous and helpful even though it was hot and at the end of their day.
