After they had completed the installation, he showed me the new unit and explained what they have installed. Zack explained the new thermostats installed and they cleaned up before leaving. The repair was an unexpected expense, but well worth it considering the amount of time it took to complete and the end result. We have been very satisfied with the toilet model they suggested.
