After the original toilet was removed, it was obvious the quality of that installation was very poor. Even pennys had been used to help level the base. Because of the repairs needed, the new toilet was installed several days later. The repair was an unexpected expense, but well worth it considering the amount of time it took to complete and the end result. We have been very satisfied with the toilet model they suggested.
