He saw another issue and ordered the part and fixed that. He charged a very reasonable price and told us beforehand if it was a certain part, it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. "I called on a Monday to request a service visit for (1) of our (2) refrigerators. I was quickly provided a Wednesday appointment. I received a call that morning to confirm my appointment and Curtis arrived right on time as promised. He quickly looked at my fridge, and because I had provided him the make & model, he had the required parts to make the repair right away. While he was there, I asked him if he could look at my (2nd) fridge and he was very willing to do that for me. He inspected it and then offered me an option of some preventative maintenance and again, had the parts available.
