"Trevor came for the estimate earlier in the month and Kyle arrived today as scheduled to do the work. Kyle called a 1/2 hour out in order to announce his arrival. He started on the drain aspect immediately which consisted of digging a large hole to accommodate a "French Drain". The hole was about 3 ft across and about 3 feet deep. He was very careful to avoid the communication and power lines coming into the building underground which required him to locate the "French Drain" several feet from where the connection exited the wall at the water softener. The "French Drain", in the attached picture, is under the pine bark chips between the pile of dirt (which I requested that he leave for me) and the wall. The water softener plumbing is a top notch quality job, also included in a picture. The whole job took about 3 1/2 hours. Your Plumber LLC, now "my plumber", does quality, professional work at a reasonable price."

"Start to finish and final inspection the job was done very well.  Sales Representative, office staff, technicians and installers were all professional and courteous.  The technicians installing the windows and doors were very knowledgeable and professional and the project was completed without any delaying incidents.  There was one item on which a call back was required - the local building inspector required that additional fasteners in the door frames be installed in the thickest part of the door frame.  The original fasteners were sufficient but the inspector said that the local preference was to install them as he recommended.  The company was very responsive and within a week had a technician on site to install the additional fasteners.  I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend Florida Lifetime Impact Window & Door Inc to anyone considering having impact windows and doors installed in their home or business."

"My daughter discovered that our bathroom floor was badly decayed in fromt of the toilet. Naturally, this was a Sunday. So we went on Angies' List to find a contractor that could help. Max with Alexander Inc was the first to respond to our call for help.  His forerman Daniel can out the next day to inspect the floor.  It looked pretty bad, but Daniel said that it would last till Friday, 11/2, when he would have a two an crew start on the project.  Time was of the essence, as we were having company that following weekend.  The men got right to work tearing apart the bathroom, and actually had the floor and toilet in that same day!  Seeing how great it was starting to look, I asked if they could do a few things that were not on the original estimate.  Daniel came by and gave his approval for all the other "little things" that I asked to be done.
When it all was complete, I couldn't believe it was the same bathroom - with a solid floor!!  Byron and Lorenzo did a great job working in this tiny bathroom without much room to move about.
They were polite, efficient, and I could tell that they had the experience.
